Launched on Australia Day, 26 January, this is the first and so far only blend I have produced.

60 % Oranic grown Brasil, Durtra

40 % Lunji by Paul from Tanzania

When I was studying in Australia, I often saw a very similar blend.

In this, a darker "more classic" coffee was used to create the base ( chocolatey, nutty etc.) and a light-coloured specialty coffee, in this case Lunji, was used to combine the fruity, sweet and playful flavours.

The result is a flavourful espresso that is different from the norm and a milk drink, such as a cappuccino, that is chocolaty, sweet and fruity.
