The ordered items can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt.
RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN THE UNDAMAGED ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline.

The customer bears the costs for the return shipment.
When returning the goods, please state the original order number and - for our information - the reason for the return request. Unfortunately, the costs of the original despatch of the goods to the customer cannot be refunded. We reserve the right to demand compensation in the event of a reduction in the value of the goods, provided that the reduction in value is not exclusively due to the inspection of the goods as would have taken place in the shop.
The items will only be refunded once we have received the returned goods.
In the event of cancellation of the order, we reserve the right to assert claims for damages for packaging and goods that have been damaged outside the return shipment.
