The items ordered, if they are in stock, are usually delivered within approx. 4 working days of receipt of the order or after receipt of payment. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed of any delay in delivery. Compensation for damages in the event of delayed performance is excluded, provided there is no intent or gross negligence.
Specialty Coffee AG accepts no liability in the event of undeliverable or delayed delivery of products due to incorrectly declared delivery addresses, absence of the recipient or events attributable to force majeure. Any expenses for uncollected deliveries will be invoiced.
Deliveries are made by post, bicycle courier or by our own delivery service. The shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the parcel weight according to postal rates.
Items which fall under the forwarding class are calculated on the basis of the delivery distance.
